These Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by TMN Automations LLC ("TMN Automations," "we," "us") on behalf of real estate teams and brokerages ("Clients") to individuals who have submitted their contact information through a Client's advertising campaign.

Program Description

By submitting your phone number through a Client's advertising campaign (such as a Meta/Facebook lead ad), you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from TMN Automations on behalf of that Client. These messages are used to ask a short series of qualifying questions about your real estate interest and, where applicable, to send a follow-up reminder if you have not responded.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can generally expect an initial qualification conversation (typically 3-5 messages) and, if unanswered, up to one follow-up reminder message.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-In and Opt-Out

You opt in to this messaging program by submitting your contact information through a Client's advertising campaign. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance at any time.

Supported Carriers

This program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
