When you submit your contact information through a Client's advertising campaign (such as a Meta/Facebook lead ad), we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the responses you provide during our text message qualification conversation.
How We Use Your Information
- To send you text messages qualifying your interest in real estate services on behalf of the Client you contacted
- To route your information to the appropriate agent at the Client team or brokerage
- To send a follow-up message if you have not responded to our initial outreach
Mobile Information and Non-Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and message data are used solely to provide the qualification and follow-up service to the Client whose campaign you responded to.

Message frequency varies based on your responses and interactions, but generally you can expect an initial qualification conversation (typically 3-5 messages) and, if you do not respond, up to one follow-up reminder message.
